Sean Rawson
Sean Rawson is a leader in the residential real estate industry and the co-founder of Waterford Property Company. Since starting the company in 2013, Mr. Rawson has acquired and developed close to 5000 residential units in California and has developed more than $200 million worth of affordable housing projects.
Before forming Waterford Property Company, Mr. Rawson was the Southern California President of St. Anton Partners, leading the privately-owned development company’s expansion into Southern California. Prior to this, Mr. Rawson was the Vice President of a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm and worked at The Concord Group.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Rawson has developed, entitled and sourced close to $2 billion in real estate transactions.
Sean Rawson has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Claremont Mckenna College and an MBA from the University of California Irvine Merage School of Business with a concentration in real estate finance. He continues to be a guest lecturer at UC Irvine and is on the Board of the UCI Center for Real Estate. As an avid sports person, Mr. Rawson was a college letterman on the men’s varsity basketball team at Claremont McKenna College, he has climbed Mr. Kilimanjaro and he is a runner. He lives in Long Beach, California with his wife and three children.
